My hats goes off to Chukka Trails & Travel for the arranging such a memorable trip for me and my family and friends. My husband and I was celebrating our 25th Anniversary on August 16, 2022, and we wanted to do our vow renewal in Jamaica. We reached out to a friend who put us in contact with two wonderful individuals - Ilia Tomlinson and Erica Morrison. From the moment I spoke to them, I knew that this was going to be fun, exciting and most of all, memorable. Their eye for every detail was on point. They are patient, kind, understanding and very helpful. They kept me calm when I thought things were not going right. I don't think I could have planned this trip, with such magnitude, on my own. They are excellent and knowledgeable in what they do. I can see that they truly enjoy what they do to ensure that their guests are comfortable and satisfied. I believe that they went above and beyond to make sure that my day was extra special. Ilia, Erica, Janeil, and Monica are the best hostesses and ambassadors for CTT. ❤️🥰Also our tour guides - Jerome, Denise and our driver Junior were the best. They made sure our transfers to and from our tours were comfortable and safe. They were surprised and absolutely loved it as they were escorted and feted by the Club MoBay Team. It was my first time travelling with a group that includes a concierge service through Chukka Trails & Travel - where everything is play! They treated us like royalty and we got the friendliest of tour guides and the most luxurious accommodations at The Cliff Hotel. They took all our special requests to heart and went above and beyond to make sure it was done whether it be a side trip to find sugarcane, scheduling and accommodating massage and manicure services within our tight schedule, sharing local historical tidbits, giving us a quick and fun language lesson, aiding in special requests and answering all our questions within minutes even through odd hours because of time zones and so much more! plus, always with enthusiasm and smiles! They have set the standard of my travelling so high that I would have to look for the same treatment from now on. Here's a glimpse of us and more from our trip. My husband and I traveled in a group of 26 people and from the first communication we received months before travel until after we arrived back home, the service was impeccable!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! We had an absolutely unforgettable trip thanks to the help from CTT!

Chukka Trails and Travel has made the process of organizing an incentive trip to Jamaica remotely from the UK an absolute breeze. Service levels were impeccable, and the team were particularly impressed by Ilia who provided local knowledge when on the island and kept the team updated with regular communication via a group WhatsApp. We are already planning our next trip to Jamaica via CTT.

Trip of a lifetime. Ilia and Ryon made the daily excursions so much fun with their banter. They went above and beyond by accommodating for us, even extras we requested, they always made it work and even surprised us with KFC after we came out of the Bob Marley Museum. Everything we did was so much fun and informative. I've come away from this trip feeling growth, with cultural experiences, amazing adventures at Appletons Estate, Rick's Cafe and heading into the Blue Mountains. Could not recommend Chukka Caribbean Adventure Private Tour Guides any higher. They were 10/10
